This healthy chocolate cake will make you fall in love with the healthy lifestyle and how easy it is, is the real icing-on-the-cake! Bake this very chocolatey chocolate cake for valentine’s.This chocolate cake is almost too good to eat until you find out its health benefits. Keep reading. As if a slice of chocolate cake wasn’t delicious enough….You will be delighted to find that this is a butter-free cake….oh yes it is. Nothing says valentine’s like chocolates and strawberries.
So here my dears is the healthy recipie of your chocolate dreams:
Ge t all your ingredients here
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1 1/2 cups of cocoa powder
1/2 table spoon of baking soda
3/4 tea spoon of baking powder
3/4 tea spood of salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cups of butter milk
3/4 cups of warm water
1/4 cup of olive oil
For the filling:
1 bowl of greek yogurt
Fresh strwaberries (as much as you want).
Equipment needed:
A hand mixer
An oven
6 inch round baking tin: one or two. (This recipe will make two layers of the chocolate cake).
Mixing bowl
Measuring cups and measuring spoons
Directions:
-In a bow, combine all the dry ingredients and mix using a mixer
-Then add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, mix this into a batter.
– Pre-heat your oven
– Grease your baking tin (tins)
– Pour the batter into the baking tin(s). ( you can use one pan to bake one at a time or use two pans to make two cakes at once).
– bake the cakes for 15 minutes.
You can level the cake if you want
For the filling:
– Whisk the low fat yogurt
– Add a layer to the first cake. – – Then add chopped fresh strawberries.
– Put the second cake on top of this then add a layer of yogurt
– Decorate with fresh strawberries.
You will need an oven and a mixer

Olive oil lowers blood pressure by improving the function of blood vessels.
