Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 150 g fresh tomatoes
  • 50 g habenaro pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp corriander
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 80 g carrots
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 30 g french beans
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 10 g stock powder/cubes
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 50 g red bell pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1. Blend the tomatoes, onions ( half of what is in the recipe) , and habenaro pepper. You can get an awesome, high quality blender here.
    2. In a pot, boil this puree till it is dehydrated
    Set this aside
    3. Create a rub or marinade using the garlic powder, corriander, salt, lemon juice, minced ginger and stock cubes.
    4. Rub this on the chicken breast. Put this on a baking pan and set aside
    Chop the bell peppers, carrot, french beans and the remaining onions.
    5. In a pan, pour the olive oil, add the onions, fry till the onions become translucent.
    6. Add the boiled tomato, habonero pepper and onion puree. Then now add the chopped pepper.
    7. Now add the chicken to this then add some water , salt and stock cubes or stock powder.
    8. Cook for 20 minutes in low heat.
    Then add the carrots, french beans and spinach.
    Dinner is ready!
    Now serve as you wish!
