Habits you are required to maintain: exercising for minimum of 60 minutes per day, eating natural unprocessed foods and

The weeks after the first two-weeks: The Live-it phase. In this phase, the rules from the lose it phase apply here but this time, breaks are permitted. Your calorie needs depend on your initial weight. If you have more weight to lose, you may need to take in fewer calories, but generally, calorie need range from: 1,200- 1,600 for women and then 1,400- 1,800 for men. During the second phase, the priceless Mayo clinic diet suggests that you should cut off at least 500- 1,000 calories per day so that you can lose 0.5- 1 kg per week (1 -2 pounds)
